Immigration Case Processor

RTC Group is hiring for 2 Immigration Case Processors.

Main duties

1. Assist Immigration Consultants in the preparation of application packages
2. Collect information and documents from clients as requested by Immigration Consultants or supervisor
3. Follow-up status of the case with Immigration Officers via email and portals
4. Create and design marketing-related materials
5. Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Great communication skills both in English and Chinese
2. Be familiar with current policies of Canadian immigration programs
3. Interpersonal, Organizational, and Time management skills of the highest caliber
4. Excellent analytical, research, verbal and written communication skills

Work hours:

full-time

Annual Wage:

$40000-60000
