ChongqingLiuyishouHotpot was founded in 2000, which is a famous enterprise specializing in management of hot pot chain and franchisees. It began as a corner shop and expanded to become a giant international food group with more than 1000 locations, covering 31 provinces in China, and many other places in the United States, Canada, Dubai, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong etc. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver area for our North America Head Office.

We are looking for an Accountant to join the Accounting team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the team in various accounting functions. If you are tech-savvy and interested in working for a rapidly growing and innovative company, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Full cycle bookkeeping for restaurants, food processing factory and/or central kitchen
· Collect production data, maintenance and inventory control data
· Manage and coordinate annual physical counts and cycle counts in the factory
· Evaluate production costs, gains & losses and month-end closing data
· AP/AR with related companies;
· Responsible for timely and accurate supplier/vendor billing
· Reconcile daily revenue with merchant and bank accounts
· Participate in the monthly financial close, including bank reconciliation, journal entries processing, credit cards reconciliation, and posting accurate journal entries into the financial system
· Perform analysis of accounts receivable and accounts payable and reconcile them to the general ledgers· Maintain clean and precise filing

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent preferred
· 5+ years working experience in company or accounting firm; experience in accounting for food processing factory, restaurant chain or franchising company considered a strong asset.
· Basic knowledge of GAAP
· Software knowledge: QuickBooks Online, strong Excel skills
· Self-motivated, with the ability work independently, and work effectively within team structures
· Able to organize and perform a variety of projects, tasks, and activities, in an accurate and timely.
· Must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (verbally and written) in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
