VANCOUVER WESTSIDE Realty / Property Management Company seeking a Full Time Permanent Receptionist and Office Assistant, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. Start in December or January.
Duties include:
Phone call coverage and response, email follow ups, organizing schedules, management of rental accounts receivable, preparing documents, including word processing & mail out preparation, simple bookkeeping and data entry (entering to excel spread sheet).
Required skills:
Detail oriented with strong work ethic, punctuality and organizational skills.
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word & Outlook), keyboard skills, time management skills.
If you are bilingual in English, Cantonese/Mandarin, that will also be very helpful.
