UR Frozen Foods is a global logistics trading company. We trade frozen meat globally and offer logistics services.     
Company location is in Richmond, BC. We provide a quiet, warm, and harmonious working environment. We are looking to add an accountant to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.       

Responsibilities         
Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity.
Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements.
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.
Working with corporate office to assist with accounting tasks.
Responsible for intercompany transactions                 

Qualifications             
Diploma or equivalent educational background in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
At least 1 year's experience in accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QucikBooks.
Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese speaking is an asset.
Strong communication and social skills.
Experience or knowledge about international tax laws is a big asset
