留学顾问岗位职责 International Study Advisor：

• 熟练运用社交媒体推广公司留学生的相关业务，推广讲座分享等活动；Use social media to promote the company’s services related to international study, invite audiences for webinar;
• 接待学生和家长的留学咨询，提供专业全面的院校信息和资讯；Provide information on college or university programs to students and parents;
• 了解客户背景及需求，提供个性化留学咨询规划，设计切实可行的留学方案；Understand student’s background and needs, design personalized international study plan;
• 指导客户提升背景，协助文案顾问指导完成留学申请；Advise student on improving personal background, assist case processor to complete university applications;
• 熟悉加拿大前30的大学的研究生/本科生科目的入学要求和申请流程; Familiar with the admission requirements and application procedures of Canada Top 30 universities programs (both bachelor & master);
• 和客户签订服务合同，完成部门制定的销售业绩指标Sign retainer with clients and meet or exceed monthly and annual key results set by the company;
• 积极参与公司内部培训，为公司健康发展提供有效建议；Participate in the company’s internal training and share positive productive suggestions;
• 独立完成大小签，毕业工签，入籍，枫叶卡续期等申请文案；(Complete TRV, Study Permit, PR Card renewal and citizenship applications , when needed)
• 做好客户的维护工作，保持良好沟通，发展出新客户; Maintain good communication and relationship, develop new clients;
• 根据所接触市场信息，及时反馈并提出合理建议给管理层。Report market information to management.

任职要求：

• 出色的沟通能力、应变能力，逻辑性强，良好的客户服务意识和勇于接受挑战；
• 热情、真诚、耐心、细心，充满朝气，富有责任感，有上进心；
• 具备踏实认真的工作态度、持续的学习能力，具有创新精神和良好的团队合作精神；

4、本科或学院在读学生或毕业生，专业不限，有留学行业咨询规划工作经验优先；

5、熟悉北美留学行业和市场、加拿大和美国教育体制及院校有深入的了解；
