Terms of Employment: Full-time 

Salary: $50,000 + (including commission) 

Location: Richmond, British Columbia

Job Description

Job Duties:

1. Meet with clients both in Canada & China; Conduct preliminary assessments and recommend the feasible solution related to immigration based on client needs;
2. Maintain client database using IRIS and follow up on a weekly and monthly basis;
3. Update clients with the company’s current services, promotions, and events, review clients’ needs periodically;
4. Sign retainer with clients and meet or exceed sales goal set by the company;
5. Assist in document preparation, ensure pertinent forms are up to date, collect and organize personal & background information and supporting documents;
6. Manage and track important deadlines and application timelines through  maintaining and organizing the relevant database;
7. Plan and prepare the submission of permanent and temporary visa applications;
8. Make improvements for efficient records keeping and electronic file organization;
9. Prepare interview questionnaires and accompany clients for interview;
10. Collaborate with team to analyze, formulate and communicate solutions for challenging tasks;
11. Script success stories and assist with content creation for marketing materials;
12. Maintain good communication and relationship, develop new clients;

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures;
2. Good business writing skills;
3. Professional interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers;
4. Highly organized in prioritizing and performing multiple projects concurrently while being attentive to details and accuracy;
5. Self-motivated on individual job tasks and cooperative in a team environment;
6. Be able to learn new things quickly and thrive in fast pace environment;
7. ICCRC member a bonus assets
8. 3 + years of related work experiences
