2. 电动车
3. 助行车
4. 医疗床
5. 按摩椅
6. 活动躺椅

要求的资质：

• 优秀的沟通技巧
• 机械和电气系统的技术知识和经验
• 善于倾听并遵守指示；接受主管的建设性反馈。
• 需要推、拉，包括举起 100 磅。
• 强烈的职业道德和外向的积极态度
• 能独立工作，出现问题时解决问题
• 必须具备出色的客户服务、组织和时间管理技能以及注重细节的能力能够在医疗保健环境中提供服务
• 遵守所有适用的 WorkSafeBC 和医疗机构政策。
• 有车。
• 有效的卑诗省驾驶执

加分项

• 曾在家庭保健设备商店担任服务技术人员的经验；
• 有机械、电气、民用知识；
• 会说粤语和普通话。

The Service Technician services, repairs and delivers durable medical equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.

• Delivering, setting up, adjusting and installing durable medical equipment within a home and/or facility when required. This equipment includes wheelchairs, rollator, hospital beds, lifts. 
• Moderate lifting is required.Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing of medical equipment in the field and shop.
• Technical Training (provided by company)
• Follows all safety procedures as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

• Excellent communication skills
• Technical knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Listens well and retains instructions; accepts constructive feedback from supervisor.
• Requires pushing, pulling, including lifting of 100 lbs.
• A strong work ethic and outgoing positive attitude
• Can work independently and problem solve when issues arise
• Must have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills and detail orientedCompetent to perform the Services in a healthcare setting
• Comply with all applicable WorkSafeBC and healthcare facility policies.
• Have a vehicle.
• A valid BC driver’s license

Preferred Skills 

• Previous experience in service technician in home healthcare equipment stores; 
• Mechanical, electrical, civil knowledge is an asset; 
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset.
