Capstone Imaging is wholesaler and distributor of office equipment and supplies in Delta BC and Mississauga, ON.

We are currently looking for a hard working and energetic individual to fill a Full-Time Position for a Warehouse Associate and Sales Assistant. This candidate should be looking for a permanent long term employment with future career development opportunity within the organization.

Job Description:

- Physically receive incoming shipment and update into the company inventory database.

- Restock products onto shelving in an organized and strategic manner.Pick, pack and ship sales orders.

- Schedule couriers and freight carriers for pickup.

- Assist customers in picking up orders.

- Execute complete inventory counts every quarter.

- Assist in other miscellaneous projects.

- Answer incoming calls and handle customers’ inquiries.

- Negotiate with freight carriers and couriers for the company’s benefit.

- Perform delivery to local customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

- Good mathematical and problem solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

- Valid driver license
