B2B Inside Sales Account Manager

AGL is where engineering meets passion! As an inside sales account manager, you will deliver optimized business solutions to our customers with differentiated services and products. As an essential business, AGL supply construction, transportation, and recycling industries with products they need to keep running. We have implemented work from home, among other COVID-19 precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees.

Position Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow existing accounts in a large, pre-existing customer base

- Offer exceptional sales and post sales support to our global customer base

- Close collaboration with our suppliers overseas

- Work closely with our engineering team to resolve any QA issues and improve the overall user experience of our products

- Inventory control

Minimum Requirements: Good communication in both Chinese and English
