Accounting Assistant

S.C. Chan & Company is a well-established accounting firm located in downtown Richmond. We currently have Accounting Assistant positions available to ideal candidates who can work under stress and wish to develop their skills under a dynamic and challenging environment. Solid on-the-job training will be provided.

Description of Duties: 
-providing computerized bookkeeping services to corporate clients
-advising clients on accounting technical issues
-filing tax remittances & payroll source deductions
-assisting senior staff to prepare working papers for compilation and review engagements
-pretaking in formulation & evaluation of business plans

Skills & Requirements:
-self-starter to contribute as a team player
-knowledge of full accounting cycle
-working experience of Sage & QuickBooks is an asset<
-excellent written & verbal communication skills
-ability to articulate in Chinese preferred
