TMG Industrial is an automotive, agricultural, and industrial product supply company located in Richmond, BC. Currently we are looking for an exceptional full-cycle bookkeeper role with tight deadlines and ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidates who are self-driven and organized should thrive in this great opening, The successful candidate will be working at our newly developed 52,000 sq ft office/warehouse in Richmond, BC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle accounting process
- Prepare, review and analyze financial statements
- Assist with year-end preparation
- Payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, collections
- Other general accounting duties and office administration work
- Month-end procedures such as journal entries and compiling reports as needed
Attributes and Skills:
- Minimum of 2-year experience in full cycle accounting
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good self-starter
- Strong working knowledge of Quickbook, Sage50, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- A well-developed ability to pay attention to and retain detail.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken
