Work address：5-8100 Capstan Way，Richmond

Salary：42CAD/Hour Full-time

Work time: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Work requirements: Work permit is required

Job description

¬ Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies;

¬ Interview, hire and provide training for staff under purchasing department;

¬ Develop purchasing policies and procedures, confirm the department members are following the right policies and procedures；

¬ Allocate, select and maintain potential supply resources；

¬ Evaluate cost and quality of goods and review purchase contract and order details；

¬ Negotiating on the pricing and quality supplied by suppliers；

¬ Take corresponding emergency action or follow-up action as needed；

¬ Resolve disputes/problems with suppliers on purchased goods ，contract and payment terms；

¬ Develop new supplier for products and services;

¬ Responsible for the recruitment，hiring process and training of purchasing department；

¬ Reporting to the board of directors and provide problem solving to specific purchasing activity;

¬ Aliasing with other department managers to ensure company’s operating, and helping other departments as needed.
