We are a brand new spa in Olympic village that opened in January. We are recruiting the best talent! Olympic Village is a great community of residents, businesses, and travelers and we are the first spa in the area. We are looking for someone to grow with us from the ground up.

We have only been opened for 1 month but gained huge traffic of following both on social media and in real life!

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver quality massage and aesthetics services to clients
- Provide 30-90 minute massages to clients by appointment
- Maintain massage room and chair hygienes
- Ensure all equipment/consumable/towels and other tools necessary for service are ready prior to service
- Laundry if needed
- Strictly follow the standard operating procedure including covid 19 protocols
- Other duties assigned by store manager
- Upsell items and services when applicable
- Maintain customer relations and retention. Commission based tier and customer rotation will be dependent on this with clients feedback
- Guide clients through service offerings. Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body. Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
- Maintain a good store image, know our brand, and have a good personality
- Be consistent with how we perform massages and the presentation of our services

Work Hours:
Must be willing to work evening shifts and weekends.

Salary:
- Guaranteed base wage or commission
- A full-time massage practitioner can expect to earn between $4000 to $7000 per month
- Detailed remuneration structure will be explained during the interview

Experience Requirement:
- 1-2 years massage
- Must hold current massage therapy certificates
- Thai Massage and reflexology preferred, female preferreded
