Uni Express is Canada’s leading provider of customized city-wide courier solutions. The serving business types include e-commerce and traditional retail, while the industries include local large supermarkets, e-commerce shopping platforms, flowers, cakes, maternal and children’s products, documents, cosmetics, garments, and pet supplies, etc. As our business grows rapidly, we are hiring an office clerk now.
Main duties:
Support all area functions (Operations, Marketing & Sales, IT, Customer Service, HR, Accounting, etc) in Business Process standardization and improvement efforts (support process analysis, p-definition, p-documentation, and implementation)
· Maintain and control the Quality Manual (Process, SOP, Form template and documents&training manual)
· Apply process improvement methodologies and statistical tools to identify and implement solutions
KPI Management reporting
· Subcontractor Management
· Incident Management
· To take up additional tasks as assigned
· Back up for other team members when necessary
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience in the logistic/forwarding industry is a plus
· Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations is a plus
· Basic geography knowledge
· Experienced training and supervision skills
· Good report writing skills
· Good PC skills
· Good presentation is preferred
· Good command of written and spoken English, Good command of Mandarin
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
· Good leadership and problem-solving skills
· Good time management and organizational skills
· Customer-oriented
· Good team player
