Job duties:
Develop budget strategies
- Maximize revenue by controlling operating expenses and optimizing systems
- Lead the operations strategic plan development and manage the operations department and operations budget to meet the current P&L objectives and the organization’s long-term growth strategy.
- Set goals and KPIs for all aspects of operations, such as on-time delivery, productivity, and quality, to meet organizational objectives.
- Lead the operations team towards maximizing customer satisfaction while maintaining production efficiency and managing costs through strategic planning, process improvement and inter-departmental collaboration.
Operational Management
- Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines.
- Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Supervise the work of kitchen team to ensure kitchen operations are compliant with all Food Safety requirements and meet the development need of the business.
- Analyze the existing operational organization, structures, processes and performance, identifying opportunities and develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes
Collaboration
- Works closely with Administration Director on other special planning and departmental projects. Collaborates with other support staff team members to ensure seamless business execution, help set and meet daily and quarterly goals
- Meet regularly with department heads to facilitate resolution of problems within or between departments/units
- Communicate with President on matters relating to the operation (regulatory, vender, legal, infrastructure…etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activities and strategic goals.
Performance Assessment & Development
- Coordinator different teams to communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;
- Earned the trust and respect of all direct reports. A development plan documented, launched and actively being worked on for each of your direct reports
- Work with HR and on labour and performance management to develop a long-term retention strategy for the company and to champion an environment of continuous improvement and success.
- Provide guidance and advice to employees on the development and implementation of service quality assessment system
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business or related
- 5-years hotel or entertainment management work experiences
- Strong interpersonal and leadership, management and delegation skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills
- Passionate about aligning yourself with business needs
- Loves to coach, mentor & help grow your team in order to meet & exceed sales goals.
- Results-oriented leader, who has an excellent ability to motivate & influence others through actions & examples
