职位描述:

  • 计算机及相关专业,本科或以上学历;
  • 熟悉主流的云厂商平台:阿里云、AWS、Azure等;
  • 熟悉Linux操作系统,熟悉负载均衡,防火墙,入侵检测,路由优化等;
  • 熟悉虚拟化技术,熟练使用shell/python编程,擅长自动化运维工作,熟悉系统灾备的手段;有自动化运维工具使用经验;
  • 熟悉各种Linux及常用服务的配置、如Nginx、Tomcat,Zabbix,MySQL,Redis配置使用及优化等;
  • 熟悉关系型数据库及非关系型数据库,关系型数据库主要针对MySQL;非关系型数据库主要针对MongoDB和AWS DynamoDB;
  • 有责任感,可以在压力下工作,对各种突发故障即刻解决;
  • 具备高负载、大访问量、大型集群、高可用运维经验者优先。

As a result of our recent growth and expansion to global market, we are hiring Technical Support Specialists for our international customers. you are trusted by our clients to respond and resolve their issues quickly, effectively and with a high standard of service.   You diligently apply your technical knowledge in Windows and Linux operating platforms, AWS/Azure/Ali cloud, MySQL database and networking connectivity technologies to research and resolve client issues in a timely manner.  You thrive in a fast-paced, 24 by 7 environment where you can learn, grow and build your career in an exciting industry.

Your Focus:

  • As the technical support and ops engineer, you are looking after customer servers/platform/applications, you will provide exceptional service and response times, trouble-shooting expertise and apply sound technical knowledge to resolve issues.
  • You will research, collect and analyze data to understand root cause issues and work collaboratively with colleagues, engineers and cross-functional teams as necessary to find the best resolution and path of escalation for client issues.
  • You will provide hands-on support to trouble shoot and provide preventative maintenance on servers, system back-ups and restores.
  • You will support a 24 by 7 environment participating in shift rotation and on-call support schedule to ensure customer platform/application are running smoothly in both peak and off peak time.
  • Continuous learning and development is important to stay abreast of changing technologies. Participating in training sessions, understanding our products, services and clients, and demonstrating the initiative for self-study and certifications are all essential to the success of this position.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a system integration or technical support role with a broader range of technical knowledge.
  • You understand the need to support customers 24/7 and must be willing to work on-call and shifts on rotation. On-call is required on weekends and evenings as per the schedule.
  • You must be able to work collaboratively and in a team environment.
  • Hands-on experience with public and private cloud services (AWS, Azure), proxies, load balancers, and networking devicesStrong understanding of system security and resilience to malicious attacks.
  • Good understanding of network and security concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
  • Skilled in Linux server administration (Nginx、Tomcat,Zabbix,Redis) and scripting (i.e. Shell, Python, Ruby, JS, Go)
  • Windows Server administration (AD DS, AD FS, etc)
  • Good understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and ECS is a benefit
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Cassandra)
  • Experience with performance monitoring and alerting (e.g. CloudWatch, ELK Stack)
  • Solid understanding of YAML, JSON, XML formats

Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent courses
  • 3 to 5 years demonstrated expertise supporting enterprise-grade technical systems
  • Fluency in Mandarin (English/ Mandarin)
