Accounting Clerk

We are looking for an accounting clerk to help with bookkeeping and other office duties.

Job Type: part-time at least 2 weekdays per week

Responsibilities:

• Data entry into Excel and accounting system
  • Payroll: Calculate hours worked for all departments and coordinate processed with payrolls
• Assist in quarter and year-end closing
• Reconcile bank statements
  
  Requirements:
  • Post-secondary or continuing education in accounting， bookkeeping 1-2 years
• Excellent data entry skills, hands-on experience with Excel spreadsheet, QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Proficiency in English
