Responsibilities and Duties 工作职责
Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including: courier, mail, email, and answering phone (负责公司内外沟通事宜,收发邮件、接听电话)
Sorting and processing receipts, invoices, payment authorizations, and other related documents 准备收据,发票,收付款授权文件和其他相关文件
Assistance with other daily tasks 协助处理其余日常工作
Qualifications and Skills 任职要求
Strong written and verbal communication skills 良好的口头和书面沟通能力
Attention to work detail, Organized and efficient 工作执行力强,细心,高效
Friendly and outgoing attitude 开朗乐观,积极进取
Valid Driver License needed 有效驾照
Required language: English, Mandarin 语言要求:英语,普通话流利
