Key responsibilities
1. This position is responsible for attending all the incoming calls in the office and maintains existing customers from national and regional retailers, yoga studios and eCommerce portal.
2. Responsible to prepare sales quotations and shipment dates to customers, liaise with warehouse personnel on stock availability and co-ordinate customer’s deliveries to ensure orders are completed timely.
3. Responsible to receive sales orders from customers by phone, email or online portal; enter all information required for sales order into the system and deliver invoices to customers.
4. Manage customer service inquiries on product instruction, defective products, and returns; explain our product warranty policy to customers and arrange replacements for defective items.
5. Update existing wholesale customers on our new products, prices and sale events by using Excel spreadsheets and PDF tool.
6. Support outside sales includes handling the customer’s orders, provide product photos, inventories, and pricing information.
7. Responsible to follow up payments from customers include credit cards processing and overdue accounts.
8. Identify potential market opportunities through market research and making outbound calls to potential customers.
9. Responsible for supporting trade shows and assist with other marketing tasks as required.
10. Other sales associated work required by company management includes submission of monthly sales report.

8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
