We are a nationwide computer wholesale parts company located in Richmond B.C. since year 2000.
We have an immediate opening for a full time Office Admin who will be responsible but not limited to:
Ability to communicate with courier via email with shipment ETA and delay issue.
Prepare all necessary paperwork for incoming and outgoing orders.
Preparing return merchandise application to vendor prior to send them back for warranty.
Sorting order/invoices and file them in correct sequence and scan them as soft copy backup.
Ability to use Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel, and Word
High school diploma an asset
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday -- 9:00am - 6:00pm
Candidates with knowledge of using ACCPAC accounting program and min 3 years of administrative work experiece will be given preference.
