Looking for Full time Accounting Manager

Duties of Full-time Accounting Manager:

• Establish and oversee company financial system;
• Work with Auditing firm to complete company’s taxation task ;
• Work with project manager to manage account receivable, payable and related tasks on current project, and provide accounting and financial analysis to future development project;
• Prepare and oversee company budget report;
• Establish daily accounting task instruction to related staff;
• Prepare company financial report;
• Work with other department managers;

Requirement:

• Fluent in Chinese and English (speaking and writing)
• 3 years of related working experiences
• Bachelor of Business, major in Accounting or Finance
• Flexible on working hours
• CPA, and Real estate development work experience is an asset

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Work location: Downtown Vancouver
