Bookkeeper/Office Admin Assistant
-Bookkeeper main responsibilities,
- Bank reconciliations (including credit card reconciliations)
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Creating reimbursable invoices
- Preparation and posting of monthly journal entries and closings
- Payroll & payroll taxes
- Inputting and tracking income and expenses
- Producing financial reports but no limited with following
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end financials for filing tax returns.
- Maintaining files
Office Admin main responsibilities, but no limited with following
- Answer incoming phone calls, communicating with vendor and stakeholder
- Document archiving
- Office supplies
- Organize and provide support for other departments
- Additional duties as requested
Skill required:
- Fluency in English – spoken and written
- Accounting knowledge, familiar with Quick Book will be preferred
- Mandarin will be a useful asset to this role
- Decent MS Office skills
Job Type: Full-time 年薪30000-36000
