Have you struggled with mental health issues and was afraid to share with others, in fear of being judged? Have you felt concerned about a family member with mental health issues and don’t know who to turn to? Mental health ambassadors are people who are committed to help fight the stigma against mental illness. Anyone can learn the skills and attitudes to become one. Please join Dr. Rosa Wu as she explains how YOU can become a mental health ambassador in your community to foster a healthier living environment for those with mental health struggles. 打開心窗互動小組

打開心窗是每月聚會一次的情绪互助小組。透過保密性的互相交流，
可以盡情訴说心中事。該活動為大家提供一個自我幫助成長的機會，
並藉著多角度思维，多選擇方式思考，
學習以更積極的方式去工作與生活，面對人生的挑戰。

This confidential interactive “Heart to Heart Sharing group" is
part of the Richmond Chinese Family Support Group. We meet once
a month dedicated to provide people with an opportunity to
understand the importance of proper and open communications in a
positive manner through sharing and mutual support. Our focus is
to encourage positive thinking and personal growth in dealing with
daily issues.
