We are seeking a part-time Dental Office Receptionist for a specialized dental clinic located in the central Richmond. If you are seeking an opportunity to grow and love, we think you will find our patient-care focused office to be a rewarding experience.

The successful candidate must:

have experience at the front desk
have excellent verbal and written communication skills
have strong organization and time management skills
have great attention to details

be able to work on Saturdays

be fluent in English and Mandarin

Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

General office administration and managing the front end of the office
Answering telephone calls and responding to email inquiries
Booking and filling appointment times
Processing recalls
Continuous support of excellence in patient service and satisfaction
