Job Summary:
Our growing firm is seeking an experienced Director of Operations who can collaborate with departmental managers to create budgets and develop business plans.
The Director of Operations will also be responsible for helping to update and develop corporate policy.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses proven leadership skills, as well as a strong ability to solve problems and make sound decisions that encourage corporate growth.

Responsibilities:
Improve the business processes for each department through analysis and collaboration
Get involved in long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level
Collaborate with department management to develop financial plans
Analyze the performance of support functions for departments such as human resources and make recommendations for improvement
Work with project managers to develop budgets for special programs
Act as a responsible individual for the approval of significant corporate expense checks

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years’ experience in a leadership role
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Effective decision-making skills
Experience with developing budgets and writing business plans
Language: MUST be fully fluent in English and; Mandarin can be an asset but not required
