We are looking for an energetic office clerk to add to our hard working team!

Location:
Vancouver

Terms:
Part time to Full time (negotiable), Permanent

Desired start time:
On or before June 1, 2018.

Qualities we are searching for:
Organized and hard-working
Independent self-starter
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Agile project management skillet detail
-oriented
Fluent In either Mandarin and/or Cantonese (both written and spoken)
Excellent written and spoken English
Familiar with computer systems, information systems, Microsoft  
Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (high emotional  
intelligence ! )
Possessing grit
Post-secondary desirable desired.

Your core duties will be assist assisting in preparing and operating a  
variety of files and communications on behalf of clients in their  
temporary and permanent residence applications to Canada. This will  
include document analysis, file preparation, communications with a  
variety of parties from clients to the government to other external  
parties, and ad hoc projects based on your skills and interests.

Expect to learn more about the economics of immigration in Canada,  
enhance office administration skills, and be a part of a dynamic,  
Forward-thinking team.
