This is my second purchase and there was an issue with the threading on the tank (or filter). I called customer service and they are sending me a new tank. It is SO nice to be able to speak to a person who speaks English as their first language. SUPER SERVICE!!

Works great. Really convenient. I was so tired of lugging water bottles from the store. Taste pretty good, too. The water from the kitchen faucet measured 121 in containments ... whoa. Putting that same water through Zero Water gave it a reading of  0. Very good.

First I ordered the picture and then the 20 cup Despenser the filters last longer than I expected.

In my opinion It's a great product!

I bought this for myself and my three kittens, knowing that we're drinking clean, clear great testing water is very important, fit in the refrigerator having the tool to check to make sure that the water is still at 000 is amazing very helpful... I don't know how long the filter will last but so far so good everybody loves the water….

My area has significant TDS - to the point that vinegar washing the kettle was necessary every 3 to 4 days. After a heavy rain & snow melt in early Dec, the tap water was ridiculously cloudy and took over a day to clear. So I bought a Zerowater filter system - the 20 cup dispenser.

The included 'test pen' indicates a TDS of 100 ppm. With the Zerowater, it indicates 0 - and has been like this for over a month's use.  That being said, imo it would be relatively easy to 'gimmick' the pen to read good results specific to the filter's strengths.  So my real 'test', if you will, is how frequently I've had to clean my kettle with a vinegar solution. The answer is zero - it is simply as clean as the last time I gave it a vinegar wash.

There is one drawback to the Zerowater filter system - it has a tendency to airlock, greatly slowing or preventing filtration all together. However, the solution is simple and easy - I bring the top tray and filter to the sink, invert it, and shake vigorously for 5 to 10 secs. This breaks up the trapped air bubble(s), and the filter performs properly again.

So given this flaw (it's well documented, google zero water slow filtration), why do I give it 5 stars instead of 4? Simply because that is how well the system cleans the water. I wish it didn't airlock. And I admit that I was quite frustrated - the 'tapping' solution recommended by so many wasn't working.

Quite impressed

This is probably going to sound weird, but it's the cleanest purest water I have ever tasted. It also helped regulate my digestive system. It's crazy to say you can taste how clean it is.

A few different things caused me to rate this dispenser 4 stars instead of 5.  First, the dispenser location is quite far back - the back edge of the dispensing hole is 1 3/4” back from the front of the dispenser spout.  Second, if the dispensing button isn't fully depressed quickly, the dispenser has a tendency to dispense at an angle, backward, which caused us quite a bit of spilling until we got the hang of the location and temperament of the dispenser.  Third, because the dispenser is so far back, we didn't want to hang it off the edge of the countertop and ended up building a stand so that it could live safely out of the way on the kitchen counter.  Finally, the top cover over the filtration section is not easy to get ahold of, it has a very tiny lip to sit on the dispenser and a small protruding “handle” which I don't find useful.  Now that we're used to these things I mentioned, we're very happy we bought it.  It does indeed live up to the promise of zero TDS, with our starting tap water measuring 70 on the meter.  Even our fridge in-line filtered water measured 65.  So we're very happy to have such an excellent filtration system.  We're going on 3 weeks with 2 people filling our 16 oz bottles 4-5 times a day, and we are still getting a zero reading, so we don't have feedback on filter life at this time.

Zero water as promised, takes some practice

This filter did nothing at all to take the taste out or our water.  The particle reading was reduced by half but not as good as expected. The spigot is so far back that you have to slide the container half way off the shelf to clear it from the shelf.  I would definitely not buy again.

Big disappointment; try another brand.

First 2 times filtered fine although slowly.  Third time filling and water just sits in the top, WILL NO LONGER FILTER!  Should last longer than 2 fills!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!
