Black & Decker Family Size Griddle

Bought this for my husband for Christmas since he is our weekend breakfast chef. We used it for a pancake breakfast yesterday and it was great! It was nice to be able to cook more than 2 or 3 pancakes at 1 time, being able to have food ready for all 4 of my hungry children at the same time was a bonus. It will be great for larger family visits and gatherings, when there is more than just the 6 of us. We had no problems with the temperature/heat on our griddle.
 

Great Griddle!!

My son is taking cooking in school and learned to do pancakes.  This is a great tool for that, as he can make them off to the side area of the kitchen while we make the eggs and bacon on the stove.  This griddle is great for keeping even heat and he can do several at once, instead of one or two in a pan on the stove.  It's non-stick, but he still sprays it with Pam.  Not sure if that's because he was taught that way or it needs it.  

It's super easy to clean, lightweight and has a little drip pan for when you're making something greasy.  I'm so glad I bought this.  It's perfect for our family's needs.

Great for pancakes

Gets nice and hot, easy to clean, and can grill just about anything!! My husband and I used it today for korean bbq tabletop, worked phenomenally! Highly recommend! :)

AMAZING Product!!!

The thing will heat up to the temperature you set it to and then shut off. So you have to keep turning the temperature up to keep it turned on until you have it cranked and your burning anything that touches it.

only issue I have with the grill is that it doesn't seem to hold the temperature very well, it cools off too much before the heat cuts back in but if you watch it and manually adjust the heat your fine,

Great for families!

We needed a griddle SO bad! So my Children got me one for Mother's Day. Later that night my kids really wanted to try so we made some grilled cheese & it was just such an easier process than using a pan since we could just add some soapy water afterwards & clean off. It cooked so evenly & from my heat tests it seems to stay super hot! Being a Jewish family I can see us using this A LOT! Hello Latkes!

Very handy

This very inexpensive griddle is the ideal thing for someone elderly like me.I didn't need one that might have a 25 year lifetime. It is extremely lightweight, non-stick and heats up very quickly. It holds a true high temperature and is great for searing as well as cooking with a controlled temperature. The drip cup stays in place and does not leak. I am ever so pleased with my purchase and who knows how many birthdays it might have.
