These are not the best fans on the market, but they are reasonably priced and they get the job done. They are reasonably quiet.
The 5-pack specifically is an excellent value. I just bought a pack and grab a fan whenever I need it instead of ordering some overpriced fan and wait for it to arrive.
It comes with a builtin splitter too, which is nice when you don't have enough fan headers. Of course it doesn't have things like RGB, but I don't want that anyways.
